This is for you if:

  • You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must love dealing with people!

  • You have excellent computer skills knowledge and experience with accounting (Quickbooks online), Google/ Microsoft Workspace, and other cloud-based software programs and can learn new programs with ease

  • You thrive in coordinating multiple tasks, & providing exceptional customer service

  • The ability to take responsibility, initiate, and contribute systems and ideas to improve the smooth operation of the business continually

  • Strong business and financial acumen

  • You have great attention to detail and organizational skills

In this role you will be:

  • Frontpoint customer service. Answering and responding to telephone calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner which supports company core values

  • Provide scheduling and logistical support to the Operations Manager and Crew Leaders to ensure an efficient flow of operations that contributes to annual revenue and profit goals.

  • Provide sales support to Arborist Representatives to meet sales targets and to maintain a 10/10 customer rating by assisting with the customer’s experience and ensuring they are exceptionally satisfied.

  • Provide bookkeeping and payroll support: accounts receivable, accounts payable, bi-weekly timesheets, and weekly/monthly scorecards.

  • Reporting to the owner and general manager, you are comfortable multi-tasking and are inspired and engaged in helping a small business grow at every level. This position is an integral part of the leadership team, not an entry-level administration role.

  • Participate in strategic planning and policy & procedure development. In coordination with the Safety Manager, administer the Green Leaf Tree Services Safety Program in preparation for the BCFSC annual audit.
